Benjamin Fernandes is a Tanzanian award winning speaker and national television personality. He worked at The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation financial services for the poor team in the US. He is the first Tanzanian to attend the Stanford Graduate School of Business as an Africa MBA Fellow and the youngest African to ever be accepted to the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Also he is working to Build a digital bank for East Africa.

Benjamin Fernandes and  Bernice Fernandes visited Machibya and Company Limited in Shinyanga rural  at Salawe for Consultation in  business  grow, value addition and business  management.

Machibya and Company Limited  is an agribusiness company working hand in hand with small holders famers on empowering to modern agriculture, the company is doing crops collection from Small holder famers ( growers ) and sale to  whole sellers,  export and  process for retailers, whole sellers, export and consumer.
